THE SECRETS OF BREATHING
This special summer weekend retreat is dedicated to the breath, offering intensive sessions focused on breathing and pranayama techniques rooted in the Hatha Yoga tradition.

Yoga has long recognized the breath as a powerful bridge between the body, mind, and emotions, as well as a gateway to the energetic dimension of the human being. Through conscious breathing, we can calm the chaotic movements of the mind, manage emotions, optimize our energy levels, and establish a stable internal center of gravity, fostering positivity, equanimity, and clarity. In addition to the breathwork, the retreat will include asana practice, meditation, and a theoretical exploration of subtle physiology, with a focus on Kundalini and the Centers of Consciousness.
